New Massage Therapist

Body Basics would like to welcome Janet Spence, NCBTM, LMT to our staff! She holds her State of Ohio Medical Board license in Massage Therapy and achieved NCBTM national certification. Janet completed advanced sports massage training at the United States Olympic Education Center in Marquette, Michigan. She also completed the intensive training and certification for kinesiotapists. Her specialties include sports massage, deep tissue, muscle energy and neuro muscular technique.

Janet is available by appointment Monday through Saturday.

The Basics is back!

Mary Stone is bring back THE BASICS on Monday's at 4:30pm starting January 25th. This class consists of hi/low, dance, floor aerobics, whatever you call it: it is fun, will make you sweat and help you get fit! Mix this with an interval training floor workout and you get a basic total body workout. Sign up on class board.

Workouts-4-Women

Functional fitness which encompasses the entire fitness spectrum. This diverse program will utilize various pieces of equipment (medicine ball, stability balls, BOSU ball, fitness step, resistance bands and dumbbells) as well as diverse methods of training.

New Staff!

Body Basics and Achieve Fitness would like to welcome Erin Kempton to the front desk staff. We wish Sarah Walsh the best and thank her for all that she has done at the club. She will be working at the front desk on an as-needed basis.
