Body Basics

Personal Training

At Body Basics we know that no two people are alike. Each member has different needs, goals, schedules, and even personalities. We pride ourselves on finding what an individual wants from their Body Basics experience, and then mapping out their success. Whether it’s fat loss, planning a healthy diet, rehabilitating an injury, or gaining muscle, our number one priority is to show our clients optimum results in a timely fashion. We are able to achieve these results through a variety of different programming and training options that can range from $15.00 to $55.00 per hour, depending on the needs of the individual member. Our training staff has proven time and time again that if you supply the dedication they will supply the results.
