We pride ourselves on finding what an individual wants from their Body Basics experience, and then mapping out their success. Whether it’s fat loss, planning a healthy diet, rehabilitating an injury, or gaining muscle, our number one priority is to show our clients optimum results in a timely fashion. We are able to achieve these results through a variety of different programming and training options that can range from $15.00 to $55.00 per hour, depending on the needs of the individual member. Our training staff has proven time and time again that if you supply the dedication they will supply the results.
