Functional fitness which encompasses the entire fitness spectrum. This diverse program will utilize various pieces of equipment (medicine ball, stability balls, BOSU ball, fitness step, resistance bands and dumbbells) as well as diverse methods of training

Formats will vary from: cardio circuit, stations training, interval training and cardio strength

Instead of focusing on one fitness component, all are used together to provide a safe, fun and effective workout...geared towards sculpting, shedding inches and burning fat.

In order to lose weight you must lift weight!
